Changes

• Start to use semantic versioning. Now we start from version 1.1.0.
• Fix the bug where the configuration dialog never be shown when Winamp's preference dialog is closed before the configuration dialog.
• Turn off low-pass filter by default.
• Remove dependency to VCRUNTIME140.DLL runtime library.
• Fix the problem where the embeded mbmdrv is disabled.

• in_msx の設定ダイアログより前に Winamp の設定ダイアログを閉じると、in_msx の設定ダイアログが開かなくなる問題を修正。
• ローパスフィルタをデフォルトでオフにしました。
• VCRUNTIME140.DLL に依存しないように修正しました。
• 内蔵の mbmdrv が無効化されていた問題を修正しました。
