Not quite.
DDD runs within the Wii U mode, which means that only Wii U software can be dumped.
However, I have seen some Wii games on sale in the Wii U eShop, do these games run within Wii U Mode? If they do, then you can dump them using DDD.

It seem like these does not have the same crypto (read this from neomariogalaxy) (yes I am talking about wii game in wiiu mode).

There was a bug report (Issue #5) that I brought up about not being able to dump Metroid Prime. I am not sure if any progress has happen since then.
