At Wikimania, Finn (@fnielsen) suggested that a useful list for him to extract would be the list of papers which should be deposited according to Dissemin, searching within the publications by his papers' co-authors (a sort of recursive person search) or references.
This is arguably an expansion of the idea to search among affiliations (e.g. what's the OA rate in a department or university or other), but might be doable even without perfecting the data through Wikidata/Wikicite.
