It looks like ACF layout component styles are not getting loaded in Internet Explorer 11. Header and footer styles are getting loaded fine.

Edit: Tested on a fresh Starward install and this issue is still occurring.

Hitting walls with this, spent the morning on it and still no closer.

Seems to be able to render any imported styles into App.jsx, Header.jsx, Footer.jsx but ignores any SCSS imports in route or nested component files.
