Hello,

this config in 1.0.8 ...

    mqtt_base: S7
    mqtt_device_name: CPUNAME

devices:
    name: R_FENST_EG_GARD
    type: sensor
    state: DB3,X0.0
    device_name: Fensterkontakt

...actually creates a normal sensor instead of a binary sensor > sensor.fensterkontakt_r_fenst_eg_gard > should be binary_sensor.fensterkontakt_r_fenst_eg_gard
