Uninstalling currently only works during "dub upgrade", but should also be available as a manual command line action.

@mdondorff: This seems to have been implemented in 53d2bfb. Can this issue be closed?

Uninstalling previous dependencies which are installed to .dub is still only doable using an upgrade, but locally and system wide installed packages can be uninstalled with the mentioned patch. Closing this issue.
