[enhancement] datastore connectivity / host connectivity #229

One essential feature for me is to monitor the host connectivity of storage paths. For example if all paths of a FC/iSCSI datastore are active/passive/dead.

It should be something like config.multipathState.path on hostproperties.

I will look into it in the next days when i got more time.
