Github action fails after trying to fetch issue's comments #67

Hi, thanks a lot for docker scout ;)

Today all my github actions started to fail (just came back from vacation) :D

the reason is

404 error it's kind of correct, because 848 is ID of PR and not one for issue (we don't have issues at all)

Is there any workaround ?
