Old Edit Page: Page Properties Not Updating After Template Change

Problem Statement

When a change is made to the template, the Page Properties modal opens with the old inode reference.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Page using the System Template
2. Go to edit.
3. Got to layout and change the template (It creates a Custom Page Layout)
4. Wait until it saves
5. Open the Properties modal immediately after.
6. See the error.

It still shows the System Template. However, if you close the Properties modal and open it again, the Page Custom Layout is loaded correctly.
