The Block Editor field should properly handle the disabled state when the lock feature is activated. Users should not be able to edit, add, or remove content inside the block editor when the system is locked, ensuring content integrity and preventing unauthorized modifications.

• The Block Editor field should be fully disabled when in the locked state.
• Users should not be able to type, format text, or modify existing content.

• When unlocked, the field should return to its normal interactive state.
