The Multiselect field should properly handle the disabled state when the lock feature is activated. Users should not be able to select, deselect, or modify the selected options when the system is locked, ensuring data integrity and preventing unauthorized changes.

Acceptance Criteria

• The Multiselect field should be fully disabled when in the locked state.
• Users should not be able to check or uncheck options.
• Users should not be able to search or filter items within the dropdown.
• The dropdown should not open when clicked in a locked state.
• The UI should visually indicate that the field is disabled.
• When unlocked, the field should return to its normal interactive state.
