blazorWebView.ExternalNavigationStarting not found

The ExternalNavigationStarting event is no longer a member of the blazorWebView.
It was replaced by the UrlLoading event on March 30th 2022. See PR #5315
Please remove that section from the docs.

Hello @DanielEggers ... Thanks for the report. I took a look at the changes to the topic to see what happened ...

• April 14: Blazor Hybrid link handling behaviors #25631 dealt with the PU updates that dropped ExternalNavigationStarting, etc. per Improved non-HTTP(S) link handling behavior maui#5313.
• November 8: Blazor .NET 7 release work #27535 sought to rotate the pivots in the doc.

The 6.0 doc has the content removed: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/blazor/hybrid/routing?view=aspnetcore-6.0&pivots=maui

... so it needs a versioning repair. I'll take care of that right now. Thanks again for the issue!
