Not connecting using domain name #1086

I have a hosted custom MQTT server on AWS ubuntu linux server, I am able to connect via the ec2's public ip address, however, I am not able to connect it using my own domain name, whereas the same .netnet web application works.

Can anyone please help me to the right direction?

Turns out I had the cloudflare dns set as proxied.
