Those graphs are nice, but they don't really track where we're spending time in. That said, I'm not sure if there's still work (for our team to do here). The fundamentals team is doing an excellent job tracking down high impact items in the build, ands it's not very clear what additional value we could bring here outside of acting on them.

These graphs are tracking the times and deltas between the various build types which is good to see, but indeed it's not a breakdown of where the time is spent in implementation. That's something I think we should be doing though ourselves right? I'm not expecting the fundamentals team to do the analysis of where time is being spent in workload specific targets (at least not now, they're busy with common pieces right now).
