Formatting problems when printing a page #852

Functional impact

The large margin on the left takes up space.
The 'improve this doc' is written over the title.
The hrefs for links are written in-line, which is unhelpful.

Minimal repro steps

Print a page

Expected result

A more nicely formatted version of the page.

Actual result

The printed form of this page looks like this:

Further technical details

I suggest customising the media selectors for print to:

reduce left margin
hide 'improve this doc' button
hide the hrefs for links

It's fixed in dev branch. It will ship with DocFX 2.8 on 11/22.
