Can`s pair to mac from windows

Although ios workload was already installed on mac.
when pair to mac from windows, why it said that "Could not install workload 'ios'".

VS Version:
　Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2022 (64-bit) - Current
　Version 17.9.1
