Link to failing test

The license scan test failed in runtime with the following error:

Some files failed to scan properly:
Path: runtime/src/tests/Loader/classloader/StaticVirtualMethods/GenericContext/GenericContextTestDefaultImp/GenericContextTestDefaultImp.il

This file has been in the VMR for two years, so it is unclear why this failure is just now happening.

Looking through past runs, it seems that the failure happens intermittently. A rerun of the pipeline might not resurface this failure.

Yes, these .il files are big and can occasionally cause a random scanning error.

@mthalman - is it worth investigating this issue further then? I'm leaning towards closing this issue as "not planned".

No, I don't think it's worth investigating assuming a retry resolves it.

@ellahathaway ellahathaway closed this as not planned Won't fix, can't repro, duplicate, stale Jan 13, 2025
