How to debug upgrade-assistant?

I've build the package on my machine I want to debug the source code to better understand. I'm unable to find resources which explains the process to debug. This could be trivial step unfortunately I'm unable to find it.

Here are the steps I follow to debug:

• Load Microsoft.DotNet.UpgradeAssistant.sln in Visual Studio
• Set the Solution Configuration to Debug (the default)
• Set the Solution Platforms to Any CPU (the default)
• Set the Startup Project to Microsoft.DotNet.UpgradeAssistant.Cli (probably also the default)
• Next to the Startup Project, you'll find a drop-down menu that I think defaults to Analyze. Set it to the type of command you want to debug (there are runtime options pre-configured for most of them: Analyze, Upgrade, List-Formats, List-Features, etc).
• When you are done, your debug options will look like this:
  
• Select the same drop-down again and select the Microsoft.DotNet.UpgradeAssistant.Cli Debug Properties menu item.
• Edit the command-line options to run the analyze or upgrade command against the project you want. In my screenshot below, I am running the upgrade command against a project located in D:\src\ArtAuction:
  

Now you can debug like you'd debug any other console app.
