Thanks for reaching out @EelcoLos . From the look of it -https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/signalr/version-differences?view=aspnetcore-5.0 - looks like there are behavioral changes to both server and client side SignalR apart from the obvious use a different nuget package. Def worth exploring for upgrade-assistant team for a potential analyzer / code-fixer. Creating an issue to track this investigation - #565 |

As I am trying to migrate medium to large .net framework projects, I noticed one of the major issues to migrate is the use of Signalr on .net framework to .net core, besides other nuisance. I was wondering if anything is possible to support the migration of SignalR to SignalR core so it can be used and upgraded to .Net5 and later versions
P.S. this is my first use of github discussions, any feedback would be appreciated 😅
