Clarity Crashing

I can't seem to get past the translation dependency. It starts to download the translation files then shortly after a bunch of white text flashes on my screen before immediately crashing, it happens so fast before i have time to read it.

This is as far as i get:

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've uninstalled/reinstalled countless times, the game runs great and the client/config IS translated. Just not the dialogue in-game.

Edit: I have managed to perfectly clip an image of some of the white text:

I don't understand why it says "an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host". My connection is fine, is there any other things that could be affecting this? Is there a work around?
