Expected Behavior

Bot should be parsing the metar correctly for the 'readable report'

Current Behavior

Nearly everything is wrong.

Temp/dewpoint and altimeter are wrong.

It doesn't happen all the time, but it happens frequently enough that it's become a meme in my server.
