Document recommended sizes for images #9

For various images on the site, document in the README.md what the best sizes to use are. Some images are dynamically sized and some are windowed to fit depending on browser window size. It's hard to tell what the sizes should be.

Recommended sizes for various types:

  1. carousel;
  2. members;
  3. gallery;
  4. workshops; // which I think might be similar to gallery?
