Plugin's parameters is not passing to plugins that declared in default.yaml

There's no way we can pass execute's call's parameters to plugins.

How to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add param in plugins info in default.yaml or configs yaml file
2. Check if there's if there's any parameters is passing to Plugins.

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Get all Params that has passed from config default.yaml when executor called plugins

It's difficult to guarantee which param may applied for each plugins because it's open source, therefore it's going to be replaced by CLI arguments.
