windows support

I suspect this is a big ask but at work I'm locked to windows can this be made compatible with windows?

please feel free to give it a try. The reason why I didn't enable windows out of the box is that I don't have a windows machine here to test.

I attached the sublime-package to the release here https://github.com/dvcrn/sublimious/releases/tag/v0.5.0. Put that in your Installed Packages folder and restart Sublime Text.

Please let me know if you got it working or what issues you ran into (open the console to see errors)

If you can confirm that the latest version (0.5.0) works on windows, I will update it and add windows to the official list of supported os-es

Tested it on my coworkers machine. There were some errors during initial installation but after they are gone and sublime text restarts, it seems to work ok-ish. Proceed with caution.

I tried v0.6 on my ST3 on Win 10 today and there are a few bugs (changing to INSERT mode not always works, SPC menu does not show after some time, ...). Maybe a full support for Windows in the future 👍
