Failed to install flash-attn in Windows system

I attempted to install the flash-attn library on my Windows machine but encountered multiple errors during the installation process.

I'm chasing this too, there is progress/work happening here Dao-AILab/flash-attention#595
Long and short is flash-attn is built for Linux, so not compiling on Windows is expected.
