Repro Steps

1. Start a game as Duchess Francesca (and potentially as other rulers that don't already have "Sunset Watcher")
2. Keep playing until you get the "Sunset Watcher" event.

Expected
That I see some event descriptive text which describes something about enjoying sunsets (I assume).

Actual
The descriptive text for this event just says "VTDESCmisc.120".

Looking at the code, it appears that in W_misc_events.txt it should be "EVTDESCmisc.120" (which is defined in "W_misc_events.csv") instead of "VTDESCmisc.120". I'll create a Pull Request.
