What are people voting for...?

We have tabled this topic for the Founders & Coders Business Meeting this morning, but what _exactly_ are people voting on...?

@sofer can you clarify before the meeting based on discussions we've had so we can answer any questions / clarify doubts before the meeting?

@nelsonic my understanding is that today's meeting is for people to ask questions and seek clarifications in advance of the meeting voting on whether or not to give its agreement to the setting up of a new company as laid out here.

As discussed in today's meeting, @iteles will be preparing a voting form for the wider FAC community which will be sent out by @nikhilaravi. We need to get it out ASAP.

We need to make sure the folks that are still working with FAC but not in the office physically are sent this form @nikhilaravi! I'm thinking @rorysedgwick and @Neats29 for example!
