How should we refer to each feedback item? #18

This is a practical question relevant to what we will name the data model/table.
I don't think we should refer to each feedback item as a "post" because that's the name for a "blog post"... but haven't been able to think of what to call it...

@nelsonic I've been thinking about this as well. It's quite a tricky one and it sounds wrong using the word feedback in a countable manner e.g. a feedback, two feedbacks etc... How about "observation", "assessment" or "remark"?

@nelsonic this is a potential blocker for creating this table. I'm going to name it feedback for now and then change it once we've decided on the proper term:
