Help with customizing the email sent

I am having trouble finding a way to change the email sent message format (step 13). I don't see where to add the "result += ..." line. Can someone help?

the sent message format is part of the Google Script, which the code for this is available through the Google Sheet that you copied. we have a text-only copy of this posted in this repo to show you what the code looks like in Google Script, if that helps!
