Note: I don't think Svelte is "better" than Elm, it's quite different.
I do think that if I was teaching a complete beginner to build a front-end Web App,
I would do it in Svelte because there is a lot less to learn!

Really wish svelte would "play nicely" with LiveView but sadly, it doesn't.
So for now we are going to use Alpine.js as our front-end UX enhancer.
