Access Banner Content All in One Line

If user enters a lot of "O" characters into "Access Banner Content" field and sets the "Access Banner Enabled" to True, so the access banner is shown upon login, all the characters are stacked into one line (see screenshot bellow).

Testflow:

1. Login to Kura as admin/admin
2. Go to WebConsole service and set "Access Banner Enabled" to True
3. Set the "Access Banner Conntent" to 20+ "O" characters
4. Save, logout and observe the login screen

Expected behavior
Regardless of what is entered into the "Access Banner Content", everything should fit into the designated dialogue box.
