netedit: change defaults for ‘Create Edge’ in JPS mode #16057

Would it be possible (and feasible) to change the default for ‘Create Edge’ in JPS mode to:

Create default edge short
spreadType = ‘centre’

Usually, in JPS mode you only need short edges as proxy for waypoints and no (connected) road grid. These short edges only have one direction.
