As User ,
I want to upload a bulk list of part identifiers ... ,
so thatquickly narrow down results for large datasets.

Hints / Details

Based on #1428 but instead of copy and pasting, it focus on uploading csv based identifier lists.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Users can upload csv files containing the searchable Identifiers
  • System filters parts based on the uploaded identifiers
