Test Trace-X in the network with a depth greater than one level up/down

I want test data for irs doubleSlash as a new company on tier level 2
so that a test data consumption in a network with two tier levels

Hints / Details

A new test data set with a new BPN must be created. It must work identical to the two existing BPNs. The EDC must know about the new BPN and all three BPNs must be able to share parts and send notifications to each other.

• Trace-X A / BMW / OEM
• Trace-X B /Trace-X / Tier 1
• IRS /doubleSlash / Tier 2

Acceptance Criteria

• Test data set for IRS instance available
• New BPN integrated into EDC, IRS, Trace-X

Out of Scope

• New tests -> Tests using the third BPN will be created for specific use cases separately.
