Yes, it works either I have cargo clean or remove Swatinem/rust-cache@v2...

The other thing that comes to my mind is the fact that you have pinned the Zenoh version using the =1.0.0.alpha3 syntax. Maybe the cache plugin has an issue with that?

Hmm.... after updating Zenoh, the issue disappeared. Not sure what happened.
