"Start working with Che" section in the website is not clear

This is what a first time user sees when he opens https://www.eclipse.org/che/:

No mention of hosted vs local vs public cloud installations.
A Download button that links to hosted che doc.
A cryptic mention to something SaaS (everywhere else we call it "hosted che") and templates (everywhere else we call them devfiles or stacks).

Describe the solution you'd like

We should provide 3 simple options:

• Try the hosted version of Che ==> links to che.openshift.io
• Installs Che locally ==> links to installing-che-locally doc
• Installs Che on a public cloud ==> links to installing-che-in-cloud doc
