Handle the following cases in QuickFixProcessor:

  case IProblem.UnreachableCatch:
  case IProblem.InvalidCatchBlockSequence:
  case IProblem.InvalidUnionTypeReferenceSequence:
       LocalCorrectionsSubProcessor.addUnreachableCatchProposals(context, problem, proposals);
