... which seems to be the time at which the server was started. In vscode, that results in:

[Info  - 5:52:02 PM] 1-Aug-2018 5:33:18 PM >> document/implementation
...
[Info  - 5:57:50 PM] 1-Aug-2018 5:33:18 PM >> document/hover

where [Info - 5:52:02 PM] is added by vscode, 1-Aug-2018 5:33:18 PM >> ... is sent by the server
