I got an error message such as "left surface has the wrong number of vertices" when I running ciftify_peaktable to get the annotomy label of my dscalar.nii data. Does it mean that I should custom the --left-surface and the --right-surface gii data? My cifity data was normlized in fsacverage5, which template should I use? thanks.

I have convert my dimansion to fs_LR 32k ,but I incountered an another error followed 'Index' object has no attribute 'get_values'

yeah - sorry this is deprecated pandas...need to fix
