  • Tests - I've just been fiddling around in ipython
  • .get() should return BIDSFiles.
  • Entities should get coerced/reparsed into str/PaddedInt; right now indices become floats
  • Combining datasets (DatasetCollection) is not implemented
    • Verify that subdatasets are not indexed by default.
  • Ignored files. Haven't looked into what bids2table is doing about these.
  • Map datatypes onto modalities. (easy)
  • Extract all entities into BIDSDataset.entities (easy)
  • Treat nans as missing for NONE queries.
