Can't edit DTMF decode channel tag in CHIRP

Hello,

In PS CPS Software I am able to mass edit the DTMF-decode tag of any channel.

In chirp the memory tab column listing is lacking DTMF decode column. So when i switch channel after flashing the radio, the tag is reset unless i re-save the channel (without the cable).

I my opinion the we should be able to edit this tag from Chirp software, as we are able to do it from CPS (this is a regression from my point of view) but you advise to not use CPS as it overwrites some setting of the EGZUMER firmware 0.22.
