Metricbeat AWS module RDS metricset reports incoherent data #28356

User observed some incoherent data reported by rds metricset comparing with CloudWatch:

some dimensions are missing under aws.dimensions.* field
aws.rds.db_instance.arn is not coherent with the DBInstanceIndentifier (only a single ARN seems to be fectched)
aws.rds.cpu.total.pct shows in thousands of %'s.
aws.rds.db_instance.class reportsdb.t2.micro besides instance having a different size

This issue is to track the work for investigating and fixing these problems.
