update the beats recipe to not use a super user if possible (might be tricky due to lack of Support file realm in the Elasticsearch spec #728)
write a short section for the documentation explaining the setup, specifically
- how to connect beats to an ECK managed Elasticsearch cluster
- how to deploy beats in the same namespace as the its corresponding output cluster to be able to mount certificates directly into the beats pods

I am thinking this will be superseded by the work on the Beats CRD. Let's reopen if needed.
