Align axis ticks to interval values in time scale

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When displaying a histogram chart, for a given time domain and interval value, the tick values do not always align with the interval of the bucket/bin.

Notice in the image above that the interval is set to every 4 hours but the ticks are shown at every 3rd hour.

Ticks align with the data buckets and interval provided.

Thanks for adding this too! As the projection is discrete (ordinal), it can be seen as assinging a bin label for each bin. It can, in theory, be rarified on overlap, eg. show daily bars but label just June 2, 4, 6, 8, as the odd days can be implied, but there are better solutions. So the target is, 1:1 relation between bin and bin label; on sparklines, no bin label, or just at the beginning and/or end and/or some midpoints with a notch or gridline indicator.
