Consuming EUI Docs

Docs for consuming eui don't indicate the need for the following postcss loader - this is copied from the eui project.

  plugins: [
    require('autoprefixer')({ browsers: ['last 2 versions'] }),
    require('postcss-inline-svg')({ relative: true, path: __dirname })
  ]
};

In turn, this also requires the dependency postcss-inline-svg
