[EuiSuperDatePicker] Customize refresh interval text

It would be great if we could have it say Refreshes every 1 min or some indication of what the 1 minute refers to without the addition of a separate label?

Our use case is screenshoted below:

[This is] something I consider a design decision and something that we'll want to make consistent for all usages and not customizable per instance (within Kibana). I'm going to [...] mark it as a long-term goal to be included in the re-design of this component. But for now, we're consistent across all apps within Kibana which is the best approach.

@yctercero I'm lacking context here - is there a Security Solution ticket that would describe what we're trying to achieve with that in the Rule Management table? Is the idea to allow the user to customize the refresh interval via a date picker instead of / in addition to customizing it via Kibana Settings?

@banderror to be honest it's been a while since looking at this. But I think yes, that was the idea, to provide a UI on the rules table to allow them to set the refresh interval.
