Description

Currently go-licenser only enforces / lints the hardcoded main.Header that is in fact an Apache 2.0 license. The upcoming Elastic License should also be supported

I propose adding a flag like --license [ASL2|Elastic] to choose the license. ASL2 would remain the default.
