[DOCS] Update visualization documentation for pipeline aggregations

We added support for pipeline aggregations to Kibana but we have not made the appropriate updates to the documentation. I was not able to see any modifications in the following PR's:

derivative metric aggregation #10020
cumulative sum, moving avg and serial diff pipeline aggregation metric #10033

@ppisljar would you mind adding these new supported aggregations? It might even make sense to group the aggregations in the create vis docs the same way we are in Kibana
