Dashboard panel that lists links to other dashboards using tags as a filter

Content can be very difficult to find in Kibana. Providing a way for authors of dashboards to easily provide consumers navigational affordances that are kept up to date is a challenge. Today, you have to manually add links and keep them up to date.

This feature request proposes that we create a simple dashboard panel that lists links to other dashboards based on one or more tags. In this way an author does not have to maintain links to already published dashboards. If for example, if I want to always list my "production" dashboards I could using this type of panel.

We might consider additional features like being able to select what meta data to show; layout etc. however, at a minimum, the title, description and modified date of the dashboard as well as a title for the panel would be sufficient - so even an MVP of this would be valuable IMO.

@alexfrancoeur @teresaalvarezsoler - I'm not sure is this is "content management" or "dashboards"; however, it seems like a potentially low-effort/high value item to consider.

Hey @VijayDoshi, thanks for raising this! We have an issue open which is similar, to extend the concept of Authoring dashboards, by giving authors an easy way to build navigation menus to link multiple dashboards together.

That enhancement request is lacking any feature to list dashboards automatically by tag, but in my opinion that is a pretty fundamental feature and should be added there.

I would suggest we combine these two issues together.
