[Lens] Allow the ascending/descending direction on heatmap intervals breakdown #148781

Describe the feature:
When you are adding an intervals breakdown on a heatmap on the y axis, the direction of the axis is from the top to the bottom. There are cases that the users would like the direction to be the opposite (start from bottom)

We could either tackle it specifically for Heatmap, or have a more generic approach via data sorting with #86184

Team decided to tackle it when we will tackle the client side sorting.
